Ms. Hiral Panchal brings extensive hands-on experience across diverse domains within the healthcare industry. Her professional journey includes:
- Serving as a Biomedical Engineer and later as a Quality Manager in a Gujarat Cancer & Research Institute 1000 bedded hospital, where she played a key role in driving regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices.
- Successfully delivering NABH consultancy services to over 50 hospitals, including multispecialty, single-specialty, diagnostic centers, and AYUSH facilities, helping them achieve accreditation and maintain ongoing compliance with NABH 6th Edition standards.
- Conducting corporate trainings for healthcare organizations on a wide range of technical and non-technical topics, including internal auditing, soft skills, communication, infection control, documentation practices, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
